Star~WPR reports Star has loose stool again this weekend. I will replace her food this Friday.
Star is going on several field trips each weekend with her WPR, practicing manners at closed doors, not pulling on the leash in strange places, not rubbing the GL, and attention work. Mark reports that Star appears confused~she forgets commands, gets them mixed up with others. We have gone back to (nearly) the beginning with her, using food and getting her to play while training.
I hope it's puberty. :P
General~We put some very high value "stinky treats" in a bait bag and had Mike carry it around today while he was working with General. Poor General lost his little mind, couldn't focus on anything but the food. Mike will continue to work on this. WPR Lisa has been doing this since I got the Waldo report from Christy, it was very helpful.
Jewel~Working with Luis this week. She was nippy and playful with Luis~she did everything that he asked but when he would move to pet her she would follow his hand movement and he (clearly) was scared. Mike will work with Luis on this. She is working in STAND and is doing very well.
Roger is incredible~he's learning tug, directed retrieve, paws, and is no longer having accidents or biting people's pant legs. His attention flags a bit when there are other dogs around but he is easily redirected. He apparently has the same terrible digging habit (damaged a floor tile) that his sister Rose has, we will work on this week.
