Earth Day Cleanup

Saturday April 18 9:00 – 12:00

Time for the annual spring cleaning! Please meet at Fino Field and bring your gas powered weed trimmers, rakes and gloves – we will provide bags.

This year in conjunction with the cleanup there will be an “E-Waste Recycling Collection” sponsored by Cartridge World Milford, Casella Waste Management, WMRC Radio, Office Recycling Solutions, Milford Power and TJW Landscaping. For just 20 cents a pound you can safely recycle old CPUs/computers, servers, keyboards, spare computer parts, monitors, laptops, network equipment, mice, laser printers, routers, scanners, fax machines, cell phones and telephones, ink and toner cartridges, etc. (NO AC or white goods appliances, and no alkaline batteries. TVs are extra). Half of the money raised will be split between the Friends of the Milford Upper Charles Trail, and the Friends of the Milford Library and the other half will cover the costs to process the waste. The collection will take place from 9:00 to 1:00 at Fino Field.
