Field trip to Lee's house this weekend is postponed due to parking concerns~the tennis club lot is not plowed and on-street parking is unsafe due to the snowbanks that are (unfortunately) still there. If your dog hasn't met a horse, a goat or chickens please get with Lee on Saturday to schedule a private showing. ;)

NEWS:

Thank you all for keeping your online reports up to date!!
I think everyone is healthy and no one is being kept in this week for medicals~HOORAY!!
Gillis has been excused for fear issues and has an awesome new home with a friend of Lisa's.
Duke has been excused for elevated prey/protection drive and I am choosing his new home carefully.
Welcome to Saint and Lucy, WPRs are Lisa Grandin and Lisa Smith. You will all get to see/love them on March 12th.
Here's the lineup for March:
March 4th, 7-9 class at Happy Tails. We will probably have a number of potential new WPRs at this class, so feel free to talk to them about your experiences~I want them to know what they're getting themselves into! :o ALL PUPPIES OVER 6 MONTHS
March 5 9-10am MANDATORY CGC testing for all puppies over 6 months at Happy Tails (if they haven't already been tested). Puppy class is still at 11am.
March 6, 2-4pm, NEADS graduation at the Sheraton 4 Points, Leominster. ALL PUPPIES OVER 6 MONTHS. Great chance to practice WATCH ME in a crowd~bring good bait and/or a bone to chew on. I know it's a huge weekend and I apologize for the timing. Jenny and Carol always offer to take pups for me, so just let me know if you can't go and I'll send your pup out with one of my ladies.
March 12, 19, 26 9-10am Drop-in class at HT.
March 12, 2-4pm Bethany Nursing Care. ALL PUPPIES. If your pup is still overly excited in public and can't meet the ladies yet you can still bring them, but work away from the ladies. Also bring them through the chapel, the auto doors, elevator, etc. Pups over 6 months can skip morning class in lieu of this trip.
March 18th, 7-9pm Caryl Crouse obedience seminar at HT, audit space is free to WPRs. You never know where you will pick up new ideas. Caryl is my mentor and hero and if you do attend you will learn something, I promise. :)
March 20th, 7-10pm Canines for Disabled Kids fund raiser at SWEET, Shrewsbury St in Worcester. Microbrews and desserts~really, what's better than that? PUPPIES OVER 6 MONTHS.

March 26th, Webster Lions dinner dance, free for WPRs. Details (time) to follow but please plan on attending if you can, this is a great crowd/people dancing/loud noises event that's sponsored by a major NEADS fundraiser. PUPPIES OVER 6 MONTHS.

ON YOUR OWN: Please walk all puppies over 6 months through a hospital this month. I noticed that few have this checked off thier lists...walk in the main entrance, ride the elevator, sit in a waiting area~stay away from patients unless they ask to pet your dog. The smells alone will provide a difficult environment for your puppy. You might also find the ER and the ambulances, meet the staff. It's on your list too~unfortunately, some of our clients are in hospital alot. Total time: 20-30 minutes, max.
