Update:
Duke 1083 is feeling better, limp is all but gone, he was diagnosed with panosteitis by our vet. Unfortunately, he has been released for elevated prey drive and guard instinct. I cannot tell you how much he will be missed, he is such a wonderful dog. His new home is a great one, and he has an exciting new path to follow.
Rubin 1023 will be going back to Princeton in 032111 to work with Trainer Brian Jennings. I am hoping that Rubin will be matched with someone who needs him, he's a "people dog" and loves humans even more than other dogs.
Merlin 1059 is now 15 months old and is polishing up task work. Obedience is good, most on first command. He likes to note new things, but doesn't break commands. He still has moments of silly behavior, but it's getting fewer and fewer.
Major 1135 is a confident puppy, and is working on single command obedience without lures. Supervised field trip last week was unremarkable for any issues or fears.
