Odin 11103 DOB 101309 Wt 83
Odin is coming along well and I see improvements every week. He is still having a great deal of trouble with transitioning from PCC to WPR Lee's home. He tends to wind himself up to epic proportions. Lee has taken to bringing her femal Aussie to play referee, and that's working out well. Odin gets into the car and remains civilized upon entering the home. We're now working on transitioning from one handler to the other~Odin sees Lee as his ticket out of jail, or perhaps his fun weekend, so Lee's been taking him out twice a week for one overnight so that he can practice the transition.
Odin is learning task work and starting advanced ob cmmands. His retrieve is excellent and he doesn't have aversions to much of anything. We have started to allow alternate handlers to work with him on basics.
WPR says that he is not a confident swimmer, but will go into the water and wade around willingly.
Odin is a dog who does not respond to physical correction, but will seek attention and physical praise from his handler. Direct eye contact is a huge reward for him.
Major1135 DOB 101710 Wt 50
Major is amazing. He is a bit ahead of schedule so Adam is working on fading all cues and making sure he respond on the first command. He loves to fetch, loves to swim. He does have an aversion to the commuter rail train, does not like to be anywhere that he can see the train coming in. We're going to work on that on Saturday, and WPR Terri has been working on it weekly.
Major loves treats and and when he's distracted high value treats are a great motivator for him.
Rosella 1185 DOB 012811 Wt 38 Ht 19.75
Rosella reminds me of Tigger. She is bouncy and fun and a great dog when she's attending to her handler~a bit of a handful shen she's flying off the end of her leash to say hello to new dogs, horses, cats, people, etc. Rosella loves to work and will do so with minimal food reward, she loves praise and direct eye contact from her handler. She is still extremely puppyish, so food is a good way to gain her attention before she becomes distracted.

Still scratching a bit, bites are better. He is working on basics and handling. Attention in public needs work, as does his impulsivity. When he's on and you have his attention he's great. If you lose eye contact he's iffy and needs more than one command.
