Training notes, 101207

General, 11weeks.

Waldo~63
Star~56
Chesty~56
General~32

Waldo~Every week I ask the dogs and handlers to "show off" what they've been working on as well as all of the commands that the dog has learned thus far in training. Although he will happily do whatever is asked of him, I believe Waldo may be getting bored without any sort of a challenge so I will speak with Brian about some new commands/ideas that we can work on until Waldo can be moved back to NEADS Princeton. Waldo earned his CGC this week with WPR Sandy at his side. Great job Waldo, Sandy and Paul!

Star~WPR Heather is having a difficult time with overnights. Star has been waking at about 3am and barking non-stop until the entire household is awake. I advised Heather to let her bark and not take her out of her kennel until 6 am.

Chesty~What a great week for Chesty! AJ tells me that he is doing very well, walking with almost no pulling with the Triple Crown collar. AJ also took and passed the CGC test with flying colors. Hoorah Chesty, Dawn and AJ!

General~At 11 weeks old is the class clown. He walks along then pounces on something that no one else sees...he has a wonderful disposition, very people oriented, is a fast learner, easily distracted, and a food shark.
